Suggestion 2: Secrets of Chef-cooking

During this varied 3-day cooking workshop, you will get the opportunity to meet a Chef cook. Many of them are listed in the NIC (Nazionale Italiana Cuochi). Join the cooking class (3x half-day) in the rediscovery of Molise culinary traditions, using only fresh healthy ingredients. We’ll visit also the local pasticceria, panifici, frantoio en meat-production-sites.

Suggestion 3: Skiing

Campitello Matese, one of the largest ski resorts of southern Italy offers also a track for night skiing. Well recommended for every ski enthusiast !
